Rules for Adding an extra Child / Occupant/ Beds:

Norden Ruder Hostel Taitung Branch 2 is a youth hostel, and the rooms are designed for the ideal number of occupants. Adding guests or beds may lead to limited space in the room.
Each room can only accommodate one extra person (adult or child).
Children under 7 (including infants) are considered children, while those aged 7 and above are considered adults.

Adding Children:
*No amenities or Norden Ruder vouchers (breakfast vouchers) provided.
*Applicable to all room types.
*Adding 1 child costs an additional NTD$100.

Adding Adults:
*Amenities and Norden Ruder vouchers (breakfast vouchers) are provided.
*Only applicable to Economy Single Rooms.
*Adding 1 person costs an additional NTD$300.

Adding Beds (Adding a bed equals adding 1 adult):
*Amenities and Norden Ruder meal vouchers (breakfast vouchers) are provided.
*Only applicable to Triple Rooms.
*Adding 1 extra bed: Weekdays/Weekends +NTD$500 / Peak days +NTD$700.

Terms, conditions and privacy policy
1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
2. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please contact our staff in advance.
3. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
4. In line with environmental conservation, we do not provide disposable toiletries.
5. Smoking in the rooms will result in a direct charge of double the room rate for cleaning and compensation for operation losses. Any disputes will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. To ensure the comfort of other guests, pets are not allowed.
7. Please present valid identification with a photo for check-in.
8. Please come with the number of guests booked. Some rooms are able to add an extra bed. Please contact us for the rate.
9. Accommodation includes two NT$50 breakfast vouchers per person per night, which can be used at our partner businesses.
10. In case of loss or damage to the room key card, a fee of NT$300 per card will be charged.
11. In response to environmental protection and government policies, Norden Ruder adheres to not providing or selling disposable amenities. Please remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Deposit and Room Charges:
Credit card information is for guarantee purposes only, and no charges will be made at the time of booking.
Room charges will be collected upon check-in and can be settled with either credit cards or cash.
The room rate already includes a service fee.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation 3 days before check-in: No cancellation fee
2. Cancellation 1-2 days before check-in: 50% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee
3. Cancellation on the day of check-in or no-show: The full room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee
