I. Accommodation Policies
1. To comply with government regulations, valid photo identification is required at check-in.
2. Guests under 18 years old cannot check in alone and must be accompanied by a guardian or provide a signed parental consent form as proof of stay.
3. As a youth hostel, many of our spaces are designed for adults. Guests with young children should ensure their safety at all times.
4. To maintain the quality of stay for all guests, pets are not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
5. A charge of TWD 500 will apply for lost or damaged room key cards.
6. Smoking, gambling, drug use, theft, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited under the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act and our hostel regulations. Guests found smoking or leaving evidence of smoking (e.g., cigarette boxes, ashes, or butts) in the room will be charged double the room rate for that day as a cleaning fee and compensation for business loss. Disputes will be handled by the relevant authorities.
8. Please respect our facilities. Any damages or unauthorized removal of property will result in compensation charges based on repair or replacement costs.
9. In support of environmental protection and government policies, we do not provide or sell disposable toiletries. Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
II. Check-In, Check-Out, and Service Hours
1. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
2. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
3. Late check-outs will incur additional charges as follows:
- Single bed: TWD 100 per hour.
- Double room: TWD 200 per hour.
- Triple room: TWD 300 per hour.
- Quadruple room: TWD 400 per hour.
Late check-out is not permitted beyond 1:00 PM.
4. Reception hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please inform us in advance for self-check-in assistance.
III. Guest Count and Additional Guests/Children Policies
1. Room rates are based on the number of guests specified during booking. Please ensure the actual number of guests matches your reservation details.
2. Any additional guest not included in the original booking will incur a surcharge of TWD 500 per person per night. Additional bedding or amenities for these guests will not be provided.
3. Rooms and amenities are designed based on the specified occupancy. If your needs change, we recommend adjusting your reservation. Please contact us for assistance.
4. We do not provide extra beds for any room type.
5. Each room accommodates a maximum of one additional child (7 years old or younger, including infants). Children aged 7 or older are charged as adults. If you plan to bring a child, please include their count in your reservation on our official website.
6. Extra children will not be provided with additional amenities or meal vouchers.
IV. Deposits and Room Charges
1. Credit card details are collected for reservation guarantees only. No charges are applied when booking on our website. For peak dates, we may process a credit card pre-authorization equivalent to the room fee to secure your booking.
2. Full payment for your stay is collected upon check-in and can be made via credit card or cash.
3. For long-term stays, an online payment link will be sent after booking confirmation. Please complete payment within one day to secure your reservation.
4. All payments made at check-in will be issued with a uniform invoice. Please provide your Tax ID at check-in or input it during online payment. Invoice details cannot be changed after check-out.
V. Cancellation Policy
1. Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Cancellations made 1–2 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total room fee.
3. Cancellations on the check-in date or no-shows will be charged the full room fee.
VI. Regulations for Partnered Paid Parking
1. Limited paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted. Please inform us upon arrival if you require parking.
2. Parking must follow the instructions and rules provided by our staff.
3. Lost or damaged parking remote controls will incur a replacement fee of TWD 500.
4. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings and ensuring safety when entering or exiting the parking area. The parking facility is for parking only, and we do not assume responsibility for damages caused during the operation of vehicles or equipment.
5. Reminder: The gate of our parking lot lacks an anti-pinch system. Please ensure safety when entering or exiting and use it at your own risk.
